"The Right Control
for your Application"

  SUBJECT: FACTORY TRAINING AGENDA

We are pleased to provide details of our distributor training class at the Coral Springs factory. These training sessions are held at our on-site classroom. The classroom is equipped with lab benches that offer "hands on" instruction of our AC and DC Drives, complete with metering and motors. Up to eight students are accommodated in each class.

The one and a half day class will begin on a Thursday morning and end on Friday afternoon. The start of the course will cover drive basics. By the end of the course you will have knowledge of AC Drives, DC Drives, Low Voltage Battery Controls, Fan Speed Controls, Penta-Power AC and DC Analog and Digital Drives, Genesis Digital AC Drives and Programmable Relays. An agenda for the class can be found on the following page. An extensive factory tour includes: SMT processing, WIP, Testing and QC. Engineering department tour will cover current projects, PCB layout and future programs.

The $150.00 tuition charge is payable by company check or purchase order. The tuition covers all class materials, as well as the hotel room for two days. Students will be invited to join some of the Sales Department staff for dinner on Thursday night. Classes are scheduled next to a weekend, to allow students to stay over a Saturday night, if necessary to get affordable airfares, or for some R&R in Florida.

This training is designed for outside and inside distributor sales personnel. The students will learn how to specify and sell all of our products. Extensive discussion of typical applications is included. Course material given to students includes a distributor binder, with a current copy of our latest KB Essentials.

To reserve a spot, or to check the schedule, please call our Sales Department Administrative Assistant on extension 132, or send an e-mail or fax. Take advantage of this opportunity to mix the business of learning about KB products with the pleasure of visiting South Florida. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Richard Fritts
National Sales Manager
